Description:
The EU co-finances information and promotion programmes for agricultural products on the internal market. The programmes have duration of 1 to 3 years and can be implemented in all 25 Member States. The Framework Contract provides for the possibilty of up to 6 evaluation studies to examine the implementation of and results obtained by these programmes, whether they are already closed or still running.
The following services were provided:
ADE acts as leader of the framework contract and is involved in the specific evaluations.
As leader of the framework contract, ADE
- manages the contract and contractual relations with the client,
- responses to the requests for specific studies issued by the client and
- is permanent member of a methodological core team that monitors each specific evaluation.
- within specific evaluations, ADE can intervene as so-called "leading evaluation team" and country correspondent, depending on the countries involved in the sample chosen for that specific evaluation.
