Description:
The support mission consists in a preliminary study for identifying an action plan based on needs of enterprises in the food industry in Wallonia. The project is divided in three main parts:
- Providing a deep analysis of needs and a picture of the current situtation ;
- Identifying a positioning and realizing a benchmarking;
- Providing conclusions and recommendations of actions for the agro-food sector.
The different tasks of this project are :
- The elaboration of the development strategy for the agro-food industry in Wallonia, including the validation of the strategy axes and their implementation in terms of actions;
- The identification and the implication of possible partners;
- The definition and the quantification of the expected results;
- The presentation of some R&D projects;
- The elaboration of a global business plan;
- The definition of clear selection criteria for identifying the most adapted projects to reach the objectives.
The following services were provided:
- Management of the contract and contractual relations with the client;
- Analysis of the Walloon agro-food sector and recommendations to develop this sector;
- Conduct of workshops. |
