ADE - Aide à la Décision Économique (Consulting and Advisory Services)

The objective of the Framework Contracts is to provide, via individual assignments through Specific Contracts, short-term technical assistance which can be mobilised at very short notice (normally within 3 weeks). The technical assistance will be provided for the exclusive benefit of the country receiving the external aid (exclusively third countries benefiting from the Commission's External aid programmes)

ADE is currently (and since 2001) participating to assignments
