Jean-Marie Wathelet, agricultural engineer and MBA, started his professional career as an assistant at the Rural Economy Department of Louvain University where he worked on operational research programs. Attracted to the business world, he became an IT consultant in a SME support firm for a few years. In 1988, he joined a consultancy firm specialised in the rural sector and discovered the development realities of Africa.
Co-founder and Managing Director of ADE, Jean-Marie was for some time its youngest staff member but that was back in 1990. Jean-Marie is the Managing Director of ADE in addition to his consultancy activity. He has worked mainly in Europe and Africa and has developed expertise in three major fields: rural development strategy, project evaluation and public expenditure review. He is also a director of the "Société Wallonne d'Evaluation".

Dr Edwin Clerckx is a Director of ADE and Head of its Evaluation Department. He holds a Ph.D. in philosophy and a complementary degree in economics.
Since joining the company in 2001, he specialised – as Team Leader or expert – in evaluations in the fields of development cooperation, rural development and agriculture, and structural funds. Examples are various complex evaluations of the support of the European Communities (EC) to specific sectors in all third countries (conflict prevention and peace building, transport, private sector development, micro-projects), evaluations of the EC support to a specific country (e.g. in Mali), and evaluations of the “channelling” of EC aid (the evaluation of the EC aid delivery through Development Banks and the EIB, the mid-term evaluation of the EIB Investment Facility operations). Edwin also worked on several rural development and structural funds evaluations (e.g. Objective 5b, Objective 1, Objective 2) as well as on several EU wide evaluations of the information and promotion programmes for agricultural products. He regularly valorises his experience through presentations at international conferences, and participated also to the elaboration of evaluation guides.
Prior to joining ADE, Edwin worked for several years for the Association of European Performers’ Organisations, where he was managing Phare programmes on Intellectual Property. Edwin is a native Dutch and French speaker and is fluent in English and Italian.

Dr. Anne-Laure Cadji holds a PhD in Politics and a MA in Latin American Studies both from the University of Oxford. As an academic she focused on the field of democratization theory with a special emphasis on Latin America. Prior to joining ADE in October 2010, she has worked as head of mission for a Brussels based development NGO and conducted fieldwork in West-Africa and Brazil.
As an evaluation expert at ADE, she co-drafted the various reports for the Evaluation of the European Commission (EC)’s Cooperation with Honduras. She covered the question on public security (PASS programme) and the question on LRRD (Linking, Relief, Rehabilitation and Development). She is currently working on the thematic evaluation of EC’s support to Justice and Security System Reform. She is fluent in French, English, Portuguese, has a strong knowledge of Spanish and a passive understanding of Dutch.

Vincent Coppens is a permanent consultant in Evaluation at ADE since 2006. He has extensive experience in complex strategic-level evaluation studies, and in development finance and private sector issues. He is for instance Team Leader of the on-going Evaluation of the EC/ACP Microfinance Programme and a core team member of the on-going Evaluation of the Centre for the Development of Enterprise. He was also Deputy Team Leader of the recently finished Evaluation of the Investment Facility and European Investment Bank operations in ACP countries and the Overseas Countries and Territories. He was further Deputy Team Leader of the evaluations of EC cooperation with El Salvador and with Honduras. He further had a central role in a number of other complex multi-country thematic evaluations, such as the Evaluation of the EC aid delivery through Development Banks and the EIB, and the Evaluation of EC aid delivery through the United Nations family.
Before joining ADE, Mr. Coppens worked four years for A.T. Kearney, a renowned international strategy and management consultancy; he worked on projects for more than a dozen multinational companies in different countries and for financial institutions in particular. Mr. Coppens has also worked as a summer trainee at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) when preparing his Master’s thesis. He participated furthermore to field-level development cooperation projects in Guatemala and Ecuador.
Mr. Coppens holds a Master’s degree in Management Sciences from the Solvay Business School (Université Libre de Bruxelles) with a Major in Finance. He is bilingual in French and Dutch and fluent in English and Spanish.

Neil Dillon joined ADE’s permanent staff as an evaluation expert in March 2011 where he is currently participating in the evaluation of the EC’s (European Commission) support to private sector development in third countries. Before joining ADE, Neil worked for a niche public sector consultancy providing research and evaluation services covering international development, energy, human rights and research. He contributed to assignments for a range of international clients, including the EC, ACP (Africa – Caribbean – Pacific) Secretariat and the International Labour Organisation. He supported, for example, the Mid-Term and Ex-Post Evaluations of Framework Programme 7 Themes 9 & 10 and the evaluation of the International Labour Organisation’s Campaigning Activities in the Fight against Child Labour. During this period, Neil also contributed to research assignments for the ACP Research Programme for Sustainable Development, the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights and the EC’s Forward Looking Study on Africa’s Energy Security.
Neil holds a PhD in philosophy from King’s College London, is a native English speaker and has passive knowledge of French.

Laura Eid joined ADE as a permanent consultant in Evaluation in March 2010. She is currently working on the thematic evaluation of EC support to Justice and Security System Reform (SSR) and on the thematic evaluation of EC support to Conflict Prevention and Peace Building and is also managing some framework contracts. Before joining ADE she worked in a public sector management consultancy on the evaluation of French and European programmes and projects in the fields of migration management, financial services, equal opportunities and education and vocational training.
A Franco-British national, she holds an MSc in European Public Policy from the London School of Economics and an MA (Master professionnel) from Sciences Po Paris as well as a BA in Politics with International studies from the University of Warwick. Her work experience also includes a stage at DG TREN, an internship at the EU Institute for Security studies in Paris and at the French embassy in Berlin.
She is fluent in French and English and has a strong knowledge of German.
Expert - EvaluationAntoine Hanin has joined ADE in May 2005. He works in the Evaluation and Monitoring Area as an evaluation expert on strategic level evaluations of public policies mainly in development aid. He has carried out several large scale evaluations for the European Commission (EuropeAid, DG Dev and DG Relex), the EIB, the UN and the WB in the following sectors: statistics, education, agriculture, conflict prevention & peace building and justice & security sector reform.
Within evaluation teams, he works on all phases of the evaluation, from the structuring phase to the desk analysis, field missions (in Africa, the Mediterranean, Central Asia and Asia) and synthesis phase. In addition, he has developed over the years special skills in quantitative data collection and analysis using the European Commission database.
Antoine holds a B.Sc in Economics (from the UCL) and a Masters degree in International Relations and Conflict Management (from the KUL).
He is fluent in French and English and speaks Dutch and Spanish. He is also a member of the “Société Wallonne de l’Evaluation et de la Prospective” (SWEP).

Virginie Morillon is Macroeconomist and a permanent consultant in Evaluation at ADE. She holds a B.A in Economics and a Masters Degree in Development Economics.
She has actively participated in complex evaluations for the European Commission in which she has acquired experience on evaluation methodologies and in the fields of macroeconomic reforms, private sector development and trade. Her experience includes inter alia the ongoing thematic evaluation of the Commission’s support to conflict prevention and peace building as well as its preliminary and concept studies, the evaluation of the Commission’s support for the Mediterranean Partner Countries and an evaluation of the Commission’s support for the rural development sector in partner countries.
She gained further experience on country evaluations, e.g. an evaluation of the Commission’s support to Egypt and Guyana. She is also very familiar with aid development policies and aid modalities, in particular budget support. As public finance expert, she intervened in Mali in the elaboration of an harmonised methodology for Medium-Term Expenditure Frameworks and delivered training in public financial management.
Prior to joining ADE she worked for one year in Benin for the French Ministry for Foreign Affairs where she was seconded to a Beninese consultancy specialized in regional integration to carry out a study on the impact on the Beninese economy of illegal oil trade between Benin and Nigeria. She also carried out an internship at the Development Directorate-General of the European Commission where she was following the 9th EDF Mid-Term Review for Central African countries. Her field experience covers mainly West Africa, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean area.

Mary van Overbeke is an economist, specialized in macroeconomic policy and in industrial policy. She joined ADE in 1992 after having spent five years at the University of Louvain, in the economic department where she was in charge of macroeconomic forecasts. From 1997 to 2003, she was member of the Belgian Planning Office. She has developed her skills in two fields: (1) macroeconomic analysis and public finance management and (2) industrial policies focusing on innovation and regional/sectoral development strategies. As a macroeconomist, she has been involved in four main areas: public finance and more specifically Public Expenditure Review, food security, monitoring of macroeconomic policy in west-African countries, and more recently, training of EU officials in budgetary aid support (PCM project). Her other centre of interest is growth and competitiveness policies. While she was at the Belgian planning office, she has been in charge of completing the Cardiff annual report presenting to the EU the main reforms adopted to improve the functioning of labor, goods and capital markets in Belgium. Innovation and research policies are at the top of the agenda in European competitiveness policies. She coordinated with several experts the Promethea Regional Innovation Strategy initiative in Wallonia and carried out analysis of regional innovation systems and policies at different levels. Benito Giordano holds a PhD in economic geography from the University of Durham, UK and a MBA from Cranfield School of Management, UK. He joined ADE in September 2010 as expert in Regional Economic Development.
Prior to joining ADE, he worked as a researcher for five years in the School of Geography at the University of Manchester, UK, carrying out a number of academic and public policy research projects and studies for a range of clients including the UK Government, British Academy, UK Economic and Social Research Council and the European Commission. His research focused on several areas including territorial cohesion, multi-level governance and regional competitiveness. He has published articles in several top anglo-american academic journals in the field of economic and political geography. After the University of Manchester, he spent five years working as a policy practitioner for Yorkshire Forward, an English Regional Development Agency. He was Head of Yorkshire’s regional representation office to the European institutions in Brussels.

Patrick Van Bunnen is an economist specialised in evaluation, regional development and structural funds. Before joining ADE in 1998, Patrick was research fellow at RIDER (Recherches Interdisciplinaires en Développement Régional) and IRES (Institut de Recherche Economique et Social), two research centres at Louvain University. Patrick has taken part in about twenty five projects for the EC and regional governments in the field of regional and rural development. These include: (i) the evaluation of mainstream programmes such as OBJECTIVE 1, 2, 3&4 and 5b or RDP; (ii) the evaluation of Community Initiatives such as EQUAL, LEADER, INTERREG and RIS; and (iii) thematic evaluations such as the evaluation of research and innovation actions in 86 EU regions, the agricultural reform programmes in PHARE countries, and the oleaginous policy under CAP. He has also carried out various studies including the transfer of experience in the management of Structural Funds from Wallonia to Poland and the selection process of 25 countries, partners to direct Belgian bilateral co-operation. Patrick is currently responsible for the implementation of the ISO 9001 Quality System in ADE.

Patrick Chaussepied is a member of ADE’s Board of Directors. Since he joined ADE in 1996, Patrick has been involved, most frequently in the position of team leader, in a number of assignments in the field of macroeconomics applied to development, public finance management and fiscal policy advice, formulation and evaluation of budget support programmes, as well as policy and programme evaluations at the sector and country level. Patrick’s country experience includes Central Asia, Eastern Europe, Mediterranean countries and Sub-Saharan Africa. Patrick started his professional career at the Société d’Etudes pour le Développement Economique et Social, a French consultancy active in assistance to development, then hold the position of head of the macroeconomic department at BIPE, a company devoted to economic analysis and forecast at macroeconomic and sector level. Patrick complemented an initial education of agronomist with a PhD in economics. He works in French (his mother language) and English.

Tanguy de Biolley is a co-founder of ADE in 1990 and a member of its board of directors. Expert in macroeconomics, public finance and trade he participated, most often as team leader, to numerous assignments in developing and transition countries.
Through these missions conducted for the European Commission, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, UNDP or national governments, he has developed a worldwide expertise in
- structural adjustment, policy advice, trade policy and strategic studies,
- the programming and evaluation of large assistance programmes, and
- institutional building and professional support for ministries of finance, planning institutions and central banks.
Before joining ADE he worked as an economic adviser in the Belgian Planning Bureau, the Belgian Government's main macroeconomic think tank. He was in charge of macroeconomic and economic policy studies and the development of econometric models. Throughout all his professional career, he has a kept part-time research and teaching positions in various Belgian universities. He is currently "Maître de Conférences" (Visiting Professor) at the Facultés Universitaires Notre-Dame de la Paix in Namur, Belgium.
During his education he benefitted from a research scholarship from the National Foundation for Scientific Research and spent a year as research student at King’s College, Cambridge (UK). He holds a master degree in economic and social sciences from the FUNDP in Namur, and a Ph.D. in economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Laurence Jacquet joined ADE in 2006. Within the company, she works as an Economist in “the macro-economics reforms area”. As a permanent expert, she has been responsible for the formulation of the strategy and action plan to enhance reforms in Public Finance Management in Burkina Faso. She has also assisted the Ministry of Finance in Mali to organize workshops on program budgeting. Her key qualifications are (i) Analysis of Budgetary Support Programmes and private sector environment (ii) Structural reforms related to Food Security and (iii) reforms in Public Finances Management. Before joining ADE she worked as a macroeconomist in Georgia to monitor the EC Food Security Programme. She also worked 4 years in Cameroon at the Ministry of Finances as Technical Assistant - Coordinator responsible for the monitoring, the follow-up and the coordination of a reforms programme to improve public finances management. In addition, she has carried out various studies including missions to identify and formulate sector budgetary support to the Education Sector in Morocco and to review the use and impact of the EC budgetary support. Laurence has a good knowledge of European Commission procedures, project cycle management and logical framework. She has taken part in EC DIAGNOS Programme to support private sector development. Laurence holds a Phd specialized in International Economics, Development and Finance and is fluent in English.

Laurence Siquet joined the economic policies and public finance Unit within ADE in November 2010. As public finance assistant, she is in charge of the internal communication and the follow-up of the commercial activities of the Unit.
Before coming to ADE, she worked 2 years at the lobby department of Vredeseilanden, a NGO based in Leuven (Belgium), contributing to viable livelihoods of organized family farmers in South and North. She has also an experience of project manager at SOS Faim where she was in charge of the projects in Mali and Congo during 4 years.
She holds a Master Degree in Economics and is fluent in French, English and Dutch.

Monika BECK, agronomist (MSc), specialized in economics, is permanent member of ADE since Mai 2007, where she joined the Area rural development and environment.
Her carrier combines professional positions in the private sector and academia both in the EU and in developing countries. She is currently team leader for the evaluation of the implementation of the Farm Advisory System in the 27 EU Member States, for DG Agri of the EC. She also leads the ongoing evaluation of the Walloon RDP (2007-2013). She participates in the ex post evaluation of cohesion policy programmes 2000-2006 co-financed by the EFRD, WP 5b, environment and climate change and is responsible for solid waste management. In 2008, she was team leader for the ex post evaluation of twelve structural measures of the French National Rural Development Plan 2000-2006 (Regulation (EC) N° 1257/99). Measures included in particular investments in agricultural holdings and setting-up of young farmers and processing and marketing of agricultural products. The evaluation made large use of FADN data.
Within ADE, she started in 2007 as team leader for the evaluation of EU co-financed information and promotion programmes in the fruit and vegetables sector within the EU. She has a strong experience in evaluation of public policies and programmes in the field of rural development and agriculture. Monika Beck has also gained extensive experience in conducting training seminars, both at the University and for EC Officials especially on financial and economic project analysis and project cycle management. Before joining ADE, she worked during seven years as assistant at the department of economics and rural development of the University of Gembloux. She conducted several evaluations for regional governments on rural development. These include the Walloon Rural Development Plan (measure 1 & 2) (2000-2006), LEADER+ (2000-2006), EU regulation 951/97 concerning improvement of processing and marketing of agricultural products in Wallonia (1994-99). From 1991-2000, she worked as agro-economist for a consulting company, where she took part in about fifteen evaluations of rural development projects mainly located in Africa.

Agricultural engineer, Nicolas Delille has joined the ADE rural development and environment Area in March 2010. Before joining ADE and beginning to work on the mid-term review of the French RDP (2007-2013) and the ongoing evaluation of the Walloon RDP (2007-2013), he started as assistant at the economics and rural development department of the Agricultural University of Gembloux in Belgium.
During five years, he worked on different thematic issues such as coffee value chain analysis in Vietnam, Madagascar and Brazil; impacts of the Common Agricultural Policy "Health Check"; agricultural productions and farms profitability by the use of FADN data; and the Walloon RDP 2007-2013 establishment. He has a good experience of agricultural commodities, surveys of rural and food chains actors, economics and financial analysis as well as agricultural and rural development policies. He has made several presentations and publications of his research.
Nicolas has a great interest in evaluation of rural areas development projects and is very concerned with agricultural commodities issues and poverty reduction. He is fluent in French and English.

Jonathan joined the Rural Development & Environment Department of ADE in September 2010.
After interning for the company in July to work on the evaluation of European Commission’s support to agricultural commodities in ACP countries, he joined the team to collaborate on the evaluation of the rural development policies in Wallonia, France & Luxembourg as well.
Jonathan holds a master’s degree in bio-engineering with a specialization in rural economics from the UCL. He has both Belgian and American nationalities, is a native English and French speaker and is fluent in Dutch.

Jean-Francois Maljean is Agricultural Engineer (Bioengineer) and joined ADE in July 2011 to contribute to and develop activities in the field of rural development and agri-environment.
Before, he worked for six years at the European Commission, DG-Research (as well as the European Research Council and the Research Executive Agency), where, as Project/Scientific Officer he was in charge of a portfolio of 20 to 30 FP7, FP6 and FP5 research projects accounting for ca. 50 million euro in the field of life sciences, the agri-environment and plant production and protection, as well as farm management and rural development, among which some are world-leaders in their field (e.g. Grain Legumes IP or ENDURE-Network).
Earlier in his career, Jean-Francois was an agri-enviromental expert for the Walloon Government (Belgium) for four years and had a key position in a number of major dossiers such as the implementation of the “Nitrate” European Directive (Directive 91/676) in the Walloon Region or the the Belgian presidency of the Council of the EU (July / December 2001).
As a junior project manager, Jean-Francois contributed for several years to the development of a consultancy attached to the University of Louvain (Belgium) in the field of agri-environment and nature management: promotion of agri-environmental measures (European support for rural development – former FEOGA), Plans Communaux de Développement de la Nature (financed by the Walloon Government), etc.
Jean-Francois worked as well punctually at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) or the United Nations and, among other things, translated a book from English to French for the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) entitled: “The future is an ancient lake – traditional knowledge, biodiversity and genetic resources for food and agriculture in Lake Chad Basin ecosystems”.

Victoria joined ADE in January 2011 as a Financial Assistant. She also gives a hand to the ADM “Methodological support and training in Aid Delivery Methods” support team; helping them in managing projects.
She holds a master degree in Management from the Louvain School of Management (UCL) together with a master in International Management from the CEMS (Global alliance in Management education). She specialized in European and International business. Next to her studies, Victoria worked as an intern for the Permanent Representation of Belgium to the United Nations in New-York and in Geneva; helping the diplomats at the Security Council and at the ECOSOC annual meeting.
She is fluent in French, English and Spanish and has a good knowledge of Dutch.

Anne-Michèle Votron is ADE's accountant-secretary. She is working within ADE since 1993. She deals with the book-keeping in all currencies, handles contacts with the international institutions and, with the financial team, carries out all the accounting tasks. She is the clearing house for the freelance consultants concerning expenses and payments throughout their missions. More particularly, she is in charge of the invoicing to the client and its follow-up under the supervision of the Project Manager. She encodes accounting entries and checks regularly the financial situation and the treasury. She draws up permanent staff contracts, acts as bursar, renews subscriptions and is responsible for the correspondence with suppliers, customers and the banks.

Dominique Cabuy joined ADE in 1997 to strengthen its marketing thrust, bringing along her varied experience in programme administration and evaluation. Agronomist and agricultural engineer, she started her career with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a United Nations agency specialised in rural poverty and development where she worked for about 15 years, first in the Monitoring and Evaluation Division and then in the Project Management Department (Africa). She collaborated with many international institutions, particularly the World Bank, the African Development Bank (AfDB) and other UN agencies. Her main areas are rural development, smallholder agriculture and economics, gender issues, and monitoring and evaluation systems. She has supervised numerous programme preparation and evaluation exercises. Now, as ADE's Market Development Manager, she concentrates on winning opportunities for ADEand preparing tenders while continuing to carry out studies and missions, thus keeping abreast with development issues.

Harriet Lange joined ADE’s commercial department in October 2005. She is mainly dealing with the European Commission’s Framework contract for LOT 11 – Macro economy, Public finances and Regulatory aspects – where ADE is Leader.
Harriet Lange previously gained experience in the field of development cooperation whilst working for three years as PR and Project manager for an international NGO active in the educational sector as well as for the International Services Unit of the German Agency for Technical Cooperation (GTZ).

Florence joined ADE in October 2009 as Framework Contract Assistant, and is currently working as a Framework Contract Manager. Previously, she worked in a big Belgian bank as commercial advisor, then as human resources consultant in a recruitment company specialised in highly qualified profiles in finance, economy, accounting, banking and consulting sectors.
Florence holds a master degree in economic sciences, with a specialisation in international management (ICHEC management school, Brussels).She is French and lived in Morocco and France before coming to Belgium.
As Framework Contract Manager, Florence is in charge of the offer preparation: search of experts, contact with experts and EU Delegations, selection of experts, management of internal evaluation, setting up of the budget, finalization and offer submission to the EU Delegation, follow up of the offer up to the publication of the result.
Since August 2010, Florence is also Web Master. As such, she is in charge of the regular update of the ADE website.

Benoît has joined ADE since December 2008 as Framework Contract Assistant. Before that he worked for two years at RiskMetrics Group (financial company) as a Research Analyst. He was part time member of the Benelux team and has gained knowledge in corporate governance to write research reports on publicly traded companies. He was also part time member of the Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance team (ES&G), where he was looking at extra-financial information such as climate change, human rights, ethical issues, etc.
Benoît has a degree in political sciences - International Relations (University Faculties of St-Louis, ULB). He is fluent in French, English, and Spanish and speaks Dutch.

Brieuc Noël de Burlin holds a Master’s Degree in Contemporary History (Université Libre de Bruxelles – ULB) and a Complementary Master in European Studies (Institute for European Studies IEE – ULB).
Before joining ADE, Brieuc did an internship at Qwentes, within the editorial staff of Research EU, the magazine of the European Research Area. After a first experience in an insurance company, Brieuc joined ADE in April 2009 as Framework Contract Project Manager. He is currently in charge of managing projects under the EC Framework Contract Beneficiaries as well as other projects.

Sylvie has graduated in June 2007 from ICHEC (Institut Catholique des Hautes Etudes de Commerce) in International Management. During her studies, she has specialised in European Union studies (politics, economics, enlargement...). She then decided to follow her final internship within the Delegation of the European Commission in Tirana (Albania). During that period, she has analysed the progresses made by the government on the anti-corruption policy and the land legalisation policy.

Further to working in 3 different consulting companies, Claire joined ADE in October 2010 as Market Development Assistant. During her first assignment as operational assistant for a Belgian-Dutch group, she was responsible for ensuring the operational and logistic follow-up of the different technical assistance and short-term missions carried out in Latin and Central America, as well as in the Caribbean Area. At the same time, she specialised in Development Sciences at ICHEC (Brussels). She then moved for two years to another organisation as operational assistant to the Department of Economic and Business Development (Central and Eastern Europe, NIS, Latin America, Asia).
For these last 10 years she acted as project executive to the Department for Conservation & Natural Resources Management for a Belgian consulting firm and Belgian-Italian E.E.I.G., responsible for ensuring the daily project administration and follow-up of the technical assistance tenders, projects and studies in the environment sector managed by the Department mainly in Sub-Saharan Africa, Indian Ocean and Caribbean Area.
Claire is fluent in French, Spanish and English, and has a good knowledge of Dutch.

Chloé de Soye joined ADE in January 2010 where she is working as a junior expert within the Methodological Support and Training in Aid Delivery Methods – ADM Programme.
Before joining ADE she worked in Peru for 2 years within an NGO, monitoring the preparation of projects and delivering workshops for child workers. As a trainee, she went on a mission for UNESCO for the launch of a project in Guinea (Kankan); and she prepared technical guidelines at the International Labour Office (ILO) in Geneva for a proposed collaboration between two Programmes.
She holds a Masters in Development Economics and a postgraduate diploma in Development Studies. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish, and she also speaks German.

She holds a Master in International Relations and Diplomacy of the EU at the College of Europe in Bruges and a Master International Relations and Diplomacy at the Universita’ degli Studi di Genova, Italy. Through exchange programs, she also spent one year at the Institut d’Etudes Européennes in Brussels and one at the Universidad de Alicante, Spain.

Nicolas joined ADE's team in 2009. He was previously working as an IT manager for Piret - Opel and Herbosch - Mercedes in Belgium. Nicolas is now the IT Manager for ADE.
His main tasks are maintaining ADE IT network, servers and computers, purchasing new hadware and softwares but also designing and programming new softwares. He is in charge of ADE website, including the design and conception of the new website. His tasks include also the technical design and execution of several online surveys used in evaluation conducted by ADE including “Evaluation of European Commission Support to agricultural commodities in ACP countries” or “Questionnaire on the Commission's Support to Justice and Security Sector Reform”.

After starting her career in the 90’s at the Tourist Office of Brussels, welcoming visitors, Laetitia joined the private sector as receptionist for a couple of years, then she became Sales Assistant. She has been a Sales Assistant for the last 11 years, in different sectors ( IT , office furniture, medical area), the last one being international trade of Pulp Paper, for eight years.
Within ADE, Laetitia works as secretary.
