ADE gained significant experience in designing and delivering training courses, notably to support
European Commission (EC) DG AIDCO in order to improve the quality of EC external assistance in
terms of relevance, effectiveness and feasibility of EC financed projects and programmes.

Specifically in the field of public finance, ADE has been providing courses in the following themes

Public Finance and Fiscal management
Introduction to PEFA
Public Policies
Public Support

The public concerned by these courses are mainly members of EC delegations. ADE has also a great experience in providing trainings to civil servants of African countries (i.e.: application of the logical framework to programmes-budget approach, elaboration of central and sector State Budget,…).
